pallet runners, and 3 sets of charging cabinets. At the same time, engineers carry out flexible design of the plan to meet the upgrade and transformation of 

automated dense warehouses in the later period.

TEBIL TECH radio shuttle pallet runner is used in conjunction with a manual forklift to separate the storage and transportation of goods. The wireless remote 

control pallet shuttle completes the function of storing goods. The manual forklift completes the function of goods transportation. The forklift don’t need to 

drive into the shelf, but only works at the end of the storage area, and puts the goods into the designated cargo space through the pallet shuttle. The cargo 

storage instruction is issued by the forklift operator through the wireless remote control, and the operator can also terminate the actions being performed by 

the wireless remote control pallet shuttle. The first cargo position on the entrance side of the shelf is the position where the forklift picks up and puts the goods, 

which can realize the first-in first-out and first-in-last-out operation modes of the goods.

The radio shuttle pallet racking system is mainly composed of mechanical system and electrical system. The tray shuttle system is mainly composed of mechanical 

system and electrical system. The mechanical part is composed of frame combination, jacking mechanism, limit wheel and walking mechanism, etc. Electrical system

 is mainly composed of PLC, servo drive system, low voltage electrical, sensor, remote control, the composition of the device, button signal combination, battery 

power supply system, etc.
