The details of the production of high-density high rack system:

The high-level racks are basically the same in the steps of bending and cutting. The main difference lies in the selection of materials and the processing technology of the material surface treatment.

In order to ensure the quality of high-level shelves, EBIL TECH high-level dense shelves are made of high-quality large coils of steel. From material distribution to roll forming, a whole shelf production line is fully automated and self-produced. For the surface treatment of high-level shelves, the process flow is like this: black blank-pickling-phosphating-spraying-leveling and curing-packaging-inspection-storage. Specific production standards:

1. The column of the high shelf is punched and rolled by automatic numerical control machine tools, and the error of the first and last holes is ±2mm.

2. When it is at full load, the inner and outer curvature of the column of the high rack should be less than H/1000, and the load deflection of the rack beam should be less than L/250.

3. The rigidity and strength of high-level shelves must comply with the machinery industry standard GB/5323-91.

4. The welding process of high-level racks should be implemented in accordance with national standards. To ensure that there is no desoldering and virtual welding, each welding part must be manually removed from welding slag and welding spatter.

5. The thickness of the plastic spray coating on the surface of the high shelf is 60 microns, which can effectively prevent the shelf from rusting.

The details of the installation of high shelf:

1. The vertical deviation of the shelf column should be no more than 10mm.

2. The height deviation of the same layer beam of the shelf is ±10mm.

3. The deviation of the center-to-center distance between the bottom of the adjacent columns is ±2mm.

4. The misalignment deviation of the pillars in the same lane in the same row should be no more than 5mm
